Patricia Wyrod

Patricia Wyrod serves as the pro bono Legal Counsel for the GFAA. She advises companies and content creators on digital media strategy. Previously she was the General Counsel of ipsy.com founded by social media celebrity Michelle Phan (beauty e-commerce, $100M Series B) and AGC at SSNI (smart grid tech, IPO).

She earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan and also earned degrees at the University of Michigan Honors College and the College of Europe in Brugge, Belgium. She resides in San Francisco, California.

She serves on several charitable boards and committees, including the San Francisco Ballet.

Ms. Wyrod has served as a Panelist for the Practicing Law Institute, San Francisco, California on Resolving Critical Software Disputes; on Advanced Venture Capital ~ Secondary Sales and Private Trading Markets, and on Advanced Venture Capital ~ Secondary Sales and Private Trading Markets.
